Shipping policy

Each product, in the case of payment by bank transfer or online payment, is shipped immediately after the funds are credited to our account. Shipments are delivered by courier companies – the delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of shipment, and the recipient’s address. Usually, this takes up to 2 business days.

Note! When paying by traditional bank transfer, the delivery time is extended by the time it takes to process the transfer.

Shipments within the European Union take up to 2 - 7 business days, depending on the region, and export shipments outside the European Union can take up to 15 business days.

We make every effort to ensure that the ordered goods reach the customer as quickly as possible, so orders are processed immediately whenever possible.

All shipments are insured, which means the entire risk lies with us.
