Shipping policy

For bank transfer payments or online payments, all orders are shipped after the payment has been credited to our account. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, and most orders are prepared for shipment on an ongoing basis.

The standard order processing time is usually between 2 and 7 business days and depends on the type of products, order size, current production queue, and our production capacity.

Shipping of parcels up to 25 kg

Domestic shipments within Poland are handled by InPost and DPD courier services.

Delivery time within Poland is usually between 1 and 2 business days.

For shipments within the European Union, parcels are transported from Poland to our logistics warehouses located in selected EU countries. The packages are then delivered to the final customer by local carriers operating in the destination country.

Delivery time within the European Union is usually between 2 and 14 business days, depending on the destination country and its distance from Poland.

Export shipments outside the European Union

For exports outside the European Union, parcels up to 25 kg are shipped directly from Poland to the final customer’s address.

Delivery time for export shipments outside the EU depends on the destination country, distance, customs procedures, and local carriers.

Pallet shipments

For pallet orders, transportation is carried out directly from Poland to the final customer, without using our foreign logistics warehouses.

Each pallet shipment is priced individually depending on the destination country, pallet dimensions, weight, and the characteristics of the order.

Shipment safety

All shipments are insured. We make every effort to ensure that the ordered goods arrive safely and in the shortest possible time.

Note: in the case of traditional bank transfer payments, the order processing time is extended by the time required for the payment to be credited.
