Refund policy
1. Return of Goods – Conditions and Procedure
a) We offer our customers the unconditional possibility of returning goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must not show any signs of use and should be sent back in the condition and packaging in which it was delivered.
b) Return Procedure: In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to return goods within 14 days. To withdraw from the contract and return the purchased product, please fill out a suitable statement that should include the following information:
- Full name
- E-mail address or mailing address
- Phone number
- Order number
- Names of the returned products
- Bank account number
c) Please send the statement to our address, enclosing the returned product(s), and also include all accessories received with the product as well as a receipt or invoice:
d) The buyer bears the full cost of returning the goods.
e) The seller will review the return within 14 days from the date of receiving the return shipment.
f) In the event of a positive decision, the seller will refund the costs to the bank account number provided in the statement.

2. Complaint Conditions – Wooden Products
a) Wooden products are natural items, which means they may react to changes in atmospheric conditions and usage environments. Wood is a material prone to deformations, such as shrinkage, expansion, or shape changes, which are normal processes resulting from its structure.
b) Changes in humidity, temperature, and intensive use can affect the appearance and shape of wooden products. Such deformations are characteristic of wood and do not constitute a manufacturing defect. However, wood has the ability to return to its original shapes, so once atmospheric conditions stabilize, it may regain its previous appearance.
c) It is also worth noting that wood has natural bactericidal properties, making it a hygienic and safe material for everyday use. Its ability to limit bacterial growth makes wood a popular material used in the production of goods that come into contact with food.
d) The natural properties of wood may manifest as minor cracks, color variations, or small irregularities that are part of its structure and do not affect the quality of the product.
e) Complaints will be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects. Complaints related to deformations resulting from the natural processes of wood caused by atmospheric changes or improper use will not be recognized.
f) Complaint Procedure: To file a complaint, please fill out a suitable statement that should include the following information:
- Full name
- E-mail address or mailing address
- Phone number
- Order number
- Names of the products in question and a description of the defect(s)
- Bank account number
g) Please send the statement to our address, enclosing the product(s) under complaint, and also include all accessories received with the product as well as a receipt or invoice:
h) The seller will review the complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving the return shipment.
i) In the event of a positive decision, the seller will refund the costs to the bank account number provided in the statement.
