Dropshipping with Ranch Boys

How does it work?

  1. You add our products to your store.
  2. A customer places an order with you.
  3. We assemble, pack and ship the goods directly to your customer.

You handle sales and service, we handle production and logistics.

How to start?

  1. Read the terms and conditions and create an account by entering your email address on the login page. You will receive an authorization code in response, which you can use to confirm your registration. We do not use passwords in the system – access is granted solely via authorization codes.
  2. Pay a one-time, non-refundable license fee – PLN 369 gross. In the transfer title, please provide (“ Dropshipping license fee {email address with which the account was created”).
  3. Payment should be made to the bank account number: Nest Bank 61 1870 1045 2078 1056 8452 0001
  4. Once the payment has been received, we will activate your account and send you the XML integration file.
  5. From this point on, you place orders as usual via the shopping cart in the store.

Payments

We process orders after receiving the funds:

  • PayU – immediate accounting,
  • PayPal – immediate posting,
  • Przelewy24 – immediate booking,
  • Shopify payments – instant posting,
  • Traditional transfer – up to 2 business days.

Shipping and cut-off

  • Orders paid by 9:00 a.m. are shipped the same day.
  • Delivery standard: usually 24 hours, maximum 3 business days.

Delivery and costs

We ship via:

  • InPost Courier, DPD Courier, InPost Parcel Lockers.
  • Own courier / Drop Shipping – you can upload your own label (also applies to cash on delivery shipments).
    • Label format: A6 (PDF).
    • We support labels: InPost / DPD / Allegro One Box / Orlen / UPS.
    • Operating fee for own label: PLN 4.50 gross (packaging + materials).

Incorrect subject or format may result in shipping delay.

Returns and complaints

  • Complaints: we accept goods with a production/factory defect that is not caused by use.
  • Please read the wood preservation rules and usage information.
  • Customer returns are handled by the retailer (your store). In our B2B model, we do not accept returns.

XML integration

  • Feed update: daily at 00:00.
  • We are currently working on migration and two product feeds will be in force until the end of the year.
  • 1 Feed includes, among others, stock levels, purchase prices without discount - currently valid until December 31, 2025
  • 2 Feed includes, among others, stock levels and purchase prices (with discount included) - will be valid from 01/10/2025.
  • We send links to XML files after account activation.
  • The prices given in the xml file are gross prices taking into account the discount depending on the product feed version

Placing orders

  • Before placing an order, you must log in to your account.
  • Orders are placed exclusively via the shopping cart in the store.
  • Product prices displayed in the store are gross prices, excluding discounts. Any discount applied is visible after the order is placed and is calculated automatically.

Photos and content

  • As part of the license fee, you receive the right to use our photos solely for the purpose of selling Chłopcy z Rancza brand products, as well as to use our word and graphic signs, word signs and EAN codes – solely and exclusively for the purpose of selling and promoting products of this brand.
  • All word and word-graphic marks of Chłopcy z Rancza are protected by law and registered with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (Exclusive right number: R.363349).
  • Allowed: Photo modifications such as alterations, cropping, compression or adjustment to the store layout.
  • Prohibited: 1:1 copying of product names and descriptions (to avoid duplicate content). Treat our descriptions as inspiration – you can easily create your own content using AI tools.
  • Why is it not worth copying content?
    Copying descriptions and titles from other websites harms your store's visibility on Google and other search engines. Duplicate content lacks distinction, lowers your search engine rankings, and reduces your chances of reaching customers. Unique descriptions build credibility, increase the attractiveness of your offer, and strengthen your SEO.

Rules of cooperation (abbreviation)

  1. After registering and paying the activation fee, you receive a permanent discount on the entire product range. For higher volumes, even more favorable terms can be negotiated.
  2. We do not accept B2B returns. The estimated retail returns rate for our product range is approximately 0.2% of orders.
  3. We issue 1 invoice for 1 order (we do not issue collective invoices).
  4. License fee: PLN 369 gross (one-time, non-refundable) – includes an XML file and a license to use the Chłopcy z Rancza brand's photos, word and word-graphic marks, and EAN codes exclusively for the sale and promotion of products of this brand. All marks are protected by law and registered with the Polish Patent Office (Exclusive Rights Number: R.363349).

Mini-FAQ

  • 1) Is the shipping "neutral" (no branding)?
    Yes, by default we ship neutral, without our logo or marketing materials.
  • 2) What time do you ship on the same day?
    Orders paid by 9:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day.
  • 3) How much does private label service cost?
    PLN 4.50 gross per shipment (packaging + materials). Label in A6 PDF, email subject: Label {order number}.
  • 4) How often is the XML file updated?
    Every day at 00:00.
  • 5) Can I use and modify your photos?
    Yes. We allow editing, cropping, and compression to suit your store's needs. However, 1:1 copying of names and descriptions is not permitted.
  • 6) What if I make a complaint (product defect)?
    Please submit a complaint to bok@chlopcyzrancza.pl with a description and photos of the defect. Manufacturing/factory defects are handled on our end.
  • 7) Do you support downloads when I submit my own label?
    Yes – this also applies to cash on delivery shipments.
  • 8) How quickly do you activate the account after paying the license fee?
    Once the funds have been credited – usually the same or next business day – we will send you an XML link and confirm your activation.
  • 8) Where is the granted discount visible?
    You will see the discount amount after adding products to your cart in the store and proceeding to checkout.
